An exciting new look was required for Gordon Ramsay’s signature restaurant in Tokyo. The project was designed and built in an extremely tight time frame, demandeing an unfailing collaborative workforce, in the office and on site.
Amy managed the large drawing package meticulously to ensure information shared with other design disciplines was accurate.
Procurement was both local and international.
The drama of the building’s context was celebrated by creating dramatic spaces, forms and views.
